Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via AUS POST or other couriers depending on the size, weight and destination of your package.

Out of stock items that are able to be back-ordered will be dispatched once the items are received. Please contact D2I Before placing an order for items out of stock in case the supplier is out of stock or the item is discontinued. Delivery of This process usually takes up to 3 business days so delivery time will increase, please be patient. 

Items that are CUSTOM MADE will be dispatched once they are made to order. Payment is required before production will commence unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs include the handling and packaging fees. Multiple items are difficult to estimate shipping costs through formulas so if you have any concerns regarding your shipping estimate please contact D2I and the issues can be resolved. 

As with any shipping, your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

All consignments are packaged well and items are well protected within the shipping process.  

Returns are to be paid for by THE CUSTOMER and must be returned in the same condition as dispatched for any returns or warranty to be valid. Please retain a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase. Warranty will be assessed by the manufacturer. D2I has no hand in warranty assessment or guarantee. D2i will strive to help out all customers in any way possible but the decision made regarding warranty will be made solely by the supplier or manufacturer.

Change of mind returns will incur a restocking fee of up to 40% so please make sure you want a product before you purchase. Custom made orders are non refundable if you decide to change your mind with the order after purchase. If your order required non stocked parts or specific items that needed to be ordered then a refund will happen once the non stocked items or specific ordered items have been resold. All products and orders must return in same unopened condition if you wish to go through with a change of mind return. Please note that change of mind refunds will require the BUYER to pay for return shipping if required and will then require the inspection of D2I to confirm the products are in untouched or as sent condition.
