Download
Download the update to a freshly formatted (FAT32) USB and copy to root directory of USB. (Make sure name stays update.img) Plug adaptor into car and then plug in the USB. Wait 2 mins lights will flash and go solid when complete 2 mins is safest. Remove usb and remove adaptor. Replug in the adaptor and it should be updated.
